These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justnothingnyc.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. Prices are listed in USD and do not include duties or taxes unless stated at checkout.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping

Free US shipping on orders over $100; a flat $12.99 fee applies below that threshold. Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery — sometimes sooner, because nothing moves faster than expected. International orders typically arrive in 6–12 business days after that; duties and taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. A free US return label is provided. Size exchanges are prioritized while stock lasts. Final sale items, if any, will be marked as such at time of purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the JUST NOTHING name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is the property of JUST NOTHING and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or compromise its security, or to submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUST NOTHING is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
